Share your tracked link

You get a unique affiliate link. Anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you for 90 days, on a first-touch basis that can't be overwritten by a later referrer.

Get paid in cash

Commission accrues when your referral actually pays for a subscription. Once your balance clears ₹1,000, request a payout to UPI or a bank account.

How is this different from the referral program?

The referral program is for existing customers sharing Responseify with other businesses — it pays in account credit (free months). The affiliate program pays real cash commission and is built for people who refer at volume: consultants, agencies, creators and communities. You can use both, but any one signup is only ever attributed to one of them.

Do I need to be a Responseify customer?

No. You need a free account to access the affiliate portal and track your earnings, but you do not need a paid subscription to be an affiliate or get paid.

When exactly do I earn?

When a business you referred makes a real payment for a subscription. Signups, trials and free-plan accounts do not generate commission on their own — the payment is what qualifies.

Can I refer myself or my own company?

No. Self-referral is blocked automatically: your identity is checked against the referred account, and phone or email already present in our system is rejected as not net-new. Attempts to game attribution are routed to manual review and can forfeit commission.

What happens if a referral refunds or charges back?

The corresponding commission is clawed back. This is exactly why there is a short clearing period before commission becomes payable.

Is approval guaranteed?

No — applications are reviewed manually. We are looking for partners who will represent the product honestly to businesses that genuinely need it. Spam, misleading claims, trademark-bidding on our brand, or incentivised fake signups are grounds for rejection or removal.
